Black Tea Espresso Lift

1. Brew and Sweeten

1. Pour the freshly brewed hot black tea into your mug.
2. Stir in the maple syrup until completely dissolved.

2. Combine with Espresso

1. Pull your fresh shot of espresso directly into the sweetened tea.

3. Top and Finish

1. Warm and lightly froth the milk using a handheld frother or by whisking vigorously in a warm saucepan.
2. Gently pour the foamed milk over the tea-coffee base so it floats on top.
3. Dust the surface with a tiny pinch of ground nutmeg.
