Build the Drink

  2. Pour in the London dry gin, store-bought lavender syrup, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Top and Stir

  1. Top up the glass gently with the chilled sparkling water.
  2. Give the drink a gentle, brief lift with a bar spoon or straw to blend the floral syrup without losing carbonation.
  3. Tuck the lemon wheel against the inside rim and place the lavender sprig across the top to serve.

Alkoholfrei machen
