Verjus Hibiscus Cooler

50ml white or red verjus
60ml chilled unsweetened hibiscus tea

100ml sparkling water
1 handful ice cubes
1 orange wheel
1 fresh mint sprig

So geht's

Build the Cooler

Fill a tall highball glass completely with fresh ice cubes.
Pour in the verjus, chilled hibiscus tea, and honey syrup.
Top with sparkling water.
Gently lift with a bar spoon to combine the layers without knocking out the effervescence.
Tuck the orange wheel down the inside of the glass and top with a lightly slapped mint sprig.
