1. Chill the Glass

1. Fill your coupe glass with cold water and ice cubes while you assemble the drink.

2. Mix the Drink

1. Add the gin, Yellow Chartreuse, and orange bitters into a mixing glass (or any sturdy glass tumbler).
2. Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes.
3. Stir smoothly with a bar spoon for around 20 to 30 seconds until thoroughly chilled.

3. Serve

1. Discard the chilling ice from your coupe glass.
2. Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe.
3. Express the oil from a fresh lemon peel over the surface and drop the twist into the glass or set it on the rim.
