How to make it
Pour and Warm
- Pour the French brandy and Bénédictine directly into your snifter.
Blend
- Swirl the glass gently in a circular motion for a few seconds to marry the spirits and let the warmth of your hand release the herbal aromatics.
Finish
- Pinch the orange peel skin-side down over the glass to express its essential oils across the surface, then drop it into the drink.

Replace the brandy with 45ml of an alcohol-free dark spirit alternative (such as Lyre's Highland Malt or American Malt) and swap the Bénédictine for 30ml of spiced herbal non-alcoholic aperitif (such as Roots Divinity or a blend of non-alcoholic amaro and honey syrup).
