How to make it
Build the Drink
- Fill a tall highball glass completely with fresh ice cubes.
- Pour in the gin, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and fresh lime juice.
Top & Stir
- Top up the glass with sparkling water.
- Give the drink a gentle, brief stir with a long spoon to combine the fruit juices and fizz without losing carbonation.
Garnish
- Slide a fresh lime wheel against the inside rim of the glass and serve immediately.

Make it alcohol-free
Replace the gin with 40ml of a non-alcoholic botanical spirit (such as Seedlip Grove 42 or Gordon's 0.0%) or simply increase the sparkling water to 100ml.
