How to make it
Prepare the Base
- Fill a highball glass to the top with fresh ice cubes.
- Pour in 150ml of chilled tonic water and squeeze in 10ml of fresh lime juice.
Float the Coffee
- Slowly and gently pour 60ml of espresso directly over the top of the ice to create a stunning, layered float effect. Do not stir before serving.
Garnish
A fresh lime wheel placed on the rim or tucked into the glass.
