Cold Brew Lemonade

Build the Base

1. In a highball glass, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and simple syrup.
2. Add the sparkling water and stir gently with a bar spoon to combine the lemonade base.

Pack and Float

3. Fill the glass completely to the rim with ice cubes.
4. Slowly pour the cold brew coffee over the back of a spoon onto the top of the ice to create a distinct, layered effect.

Garnish and Serve

5. Tuck a fresh lemon wheel against the inside rim of the glass and top with a lightly slapped mint sprig. Serve immediately with a straw so it can be stirred before sipping.
