How to make it
Step 1: Prep the Glass
- Add several large ice cubes to a lowball glass.
Step 2: Pour the Spirits
- Pour the Scotch whisky and the Amaretto liqueur directly over the ice.
Step 3: Stir to Chill
- Stir gently for about 15 seconds to chill the drink and let the two spirits combine beautifully.

Make it alcohol-free
Replace the Scotch whisky with a smoky non-alcoholic spirit alternative (such as Lyre's Highland Malt) and the Amaretto with a non-alcoholic amaretto alternative (such as Lyre's Amaretti).
