Hibiscus Orchard Breeze

Combine the base

1. Add the lemon juice and agave syrup directly to the base of the highball glass, stirring briskly with a spoon until dissolved.
2. Pour in the cloudy apple juice and chilled hibiscus tea, then stir once more to combine.

Chill and top up

3. Fill the glass to the brim with fresh ice cubes.
4. Gently pour over the sparkling water to give it a lively fizz.

Finish and serve

5. Slide an apple wheel down the inside of the glass and tuck a slapped mint sprig into the top alongside the ice.
