How to make it
Build the Drink
- Fill a tall highball glass to the top with fresh ice cubes.
- Pour in the London dry gin, store-bought lavender syrup, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Top and Stir
- Top up the glass gently with the chilled sparkling water.
- Give the drink a gentle, brief lift with a bar spoon or straw to blend the floral syrup without losing carbonation.
- Tuck the lemon wheel against the inside rim and place the lavender sprig across the top to serve.
