Ruby Sunset Cooler

Build the Base

1. Fill a highball glass to the brim with fresh ice cubes.
2. Pour the non-alcoholic botanical gin, lime juice, and simple syrup directly over the ice.

Create the Sunset Effect & Top

3. Add the tart red juice and gently stir for a few seconds to blend the base flavours.
4. Top slowly with chilled ginger ale, allowing the subtle sunset gradient to form.

Finish

5. Slide an orange wheel down the inner side of the glass and clap the rosemary sprig between your palms before tucking it beside the ice.
