How to make it
Prepare the Glass
- Fill a tall highball glass completely with ice cubes.
Mix and Pour
- Pour the non-alcoholic gin, cloudy pear juice, fresh lemon juice, maple syrup, and a pinch of ground cinnamon directly into the glass.
- Stir gently for a few seconds with a bar spoon to combine the spiced pear base.
Top and Garnish
- Top up with sparkling water and give one light stir from the bottom.
- Slide a thin slice of pear down the inside of the glass and tuck a fresh rosemary sprig into the top.
Garnish
A thin fan or vertical slice of fresh pear and a gently slapped sprig of fresh rosemary.
