Quick Mix

1. In the bottom of your highball glass, stir together the honey, warm water, and pinch of ground turmeric until the honey dissolves completely into a bright golden base.

Build & Serve

2. Add the verjus and fill the glass to the top with ice cubes.
3. Pour in the ginger beer and sparkling water, then give a gentle stir with a bar spoon to combine without losing the fizz.
4. Garnish with a thin slice of fresh ginger and a lightly clapped sprig of rosemary.
