Verjus Hibiscus Cooler

Build the Cooler

1. Fill a tall highball glass completely with fresh ice cubes.
2. Pour in the verjus, chilled hibiscus tea, and honey syrup.
3. Top with sparkling water.
4. Gently lift with a bar spoon to combine the layers without knocking out the effervescence.
5. Tuck the orange wheel down the inside of the glass and top with a lightly slapped mint sprig.
