How to make it
Warm the Glass
- Rinse a heatproof glass mug with hot tap water to preheat it, then discard the water.
Assemble the Drink
- Pour the hot black tea and white verjus directly into the warm mug.
- Add the honey and stir briskly with a barspoon until completely dissolved.
Garnish and Serve
- Drop in the cinnamon stick and float the orange wheel on top. Serve immediately while warm.
