Cómo prepararlo
Build
- Place a large ice cube or several solid cubes into your rocks glass.
- Pour 50ml reposado tequila directly over the ice.
- Add 25ml amaretto liqueur.
Stir & Finish
- Stir gently for 20–30 seconds with a barspoon to chill, dilute, and marry the flavours.
- Express the essential oils from the orange peel over the top of the glass, rub the rim, and nestle the twist beside the ice.
Decoración
A wide strip of expressed orange peel.
Hazlo sin alcohol
Substitute the reposado tequila with 50ml non-alcoholic agave spirit (such as CleanCo Clean T or Lyre's Agave Reserva) and swap the amaretto for 25ml non-alcoholic almond liqueur (such as Lyre's Amaretti).
