Cómo prepararlo
1. Muddle & Shake
- Strip a few leaves from one sprig of fresh rosemary and drop them directly into a cocktail shaker (or a clean jam jar with a lid).
- Add the freshly squeezed lime juice and simple syrup, then press the rosemary leaves gently a couple of times with the back of a spoon to release their fragrant herbal oils.
- Pour in the gin and fill the shaker generously with ice cubes.
- Seal tightly and shake vigorously for about 12 to 15 seconds until the outside feels thoroughly chilled and frosty.
2. Strain & Serve
- Strain the liquid through a fine-mesh tea strainer into a chilled coupe glass to catch the ice shards and broken rosemary bits.
- Garnish by clapping a fresh rosemary sprig between your palms to awaken its scent, then rest it neatly across the rim.
Decoración
A fresh sprig of rosemary, lightly clapped between your hands to release its aromatic oils
Hazlo sin alcohol
Replace the gin with 45ml of a non-alcoholic botanical spirit like Seedlip Spice 94 or Tanqueray 0.0%.
