1. Chill the Glass
- Fill a copper mug or highball glass with crushed or cubed ice.
2. Pour and Stir
- Pour 50ml London Dry Gin and 15ml freshly squeezed lime juice directly over the ice.
- Top with 120ml chilled ginger beer.
- Give the mixture a gentle, brief stir with a barspoon to blend the flavours without losing the fizz.
3. Garnish and Serve
- Slap a sprig of fresh mint between your palms to release the essential oils, then tuck it into the ice alongside a fresh lime wheel.
