Cómo prepararlo

1. Brew the Base

  1. Place the hibiscus tea bag into your glass mug.
  2. Pour in 150ml of freshly boiled water and let it steep for 90 seconds, then remove the tea bag.

2. Combine & Stir

  1. Add the honey and fresh lemon juice to the hot tea, stirring with a bar spoon until the honey dissolves completely.
  2. Pour in the dark rum or bourbon and stir once more to integrate.

3. Garnish & Serve

  1. Drop in the cinnamon stick and float the clove-studded orange wheel on top. Serve immediately while hot.

Decoración

A whole cinnamon stick and an orange wheel studded with whole cloves.

Hazlo sin alcohol

Replace the rum or bourbon with an extra 45ml of hot brewed hibiscus tea and 5ml of spiced non-alcoholic spirit or a splash of apple juice.
