20ml elderflower cordial
75ml alcohol-free sparkling white wine or sparkling grape juice
1 fresh rosemary sprig

50ml sparkling water
Cubed ice
1 cucumber ribbon

Comment le préparer

Build the Drink

Fill a large wine glass generously with cubed ice.
Pour in the non-alcoholic gin alternative, elderflower cordial, and fresh lemon juice.
Top with the alcohol-free sparkling white wine and sparkling water.

Mix and Serve

Give the drink a gentle, brief lift with a barspoon to combine the flavours without losing the carbonation.
Tuck the cucumber ribbon along the inside of the glass and finish with the sprig of rosemary.
