Comment le préparer
Chill the Glass
- Place your martini glass in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes, or fill it with ice water while you assemble the drink.
Stir and Chill
- Add the vodka and dry vermouth into a mixing glass (or any clean glass tumbler).
- Fill the mixing glass with plenty of ice cubes.
- Stir smoothly with a bar spoon for 30 seconds until the liquid is thoroughly chilled and properly diluted.
Strain and Serve
- Discard the ice water from your cocktail glass if you chilled it that way.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled glass using a julep or hawthorne strainer.
- Express the lemon peel over the surface to release its fragrant citrus oils, then drop it into the glass or set it on the rim.
Décoration
A thin twist of fresh lemon peel, expressed over the top, or a single green olive on a cocktail pick
En version sans alcool
Swap the vodka for 60ml of a crisp non-alcoholic botanical spirit (such as Seedlip Spice 94 or Strykk Not Vodka) and replace the vermouth with 10ml of non-alcoholic dry aperitif (such as Lyre's Aperitif Dry).
