Comment le préparer

Prepare the Base

  1. Fill a highball glass to the top with fresh ice cubes.
  2. Pour in 150ml of chilled tonic water and squeeze in 10ml of fresh lime juice.

Float the Coffee

  1. Slowly and gently pour 60ml of espresso directly over the top of the ice to create a stunning, layered float effect. Do not stir before serving.

Décoration

A fresh lime wheel placed on the rim or tucked into the glass.
