Comment le préparer

Step 1: Prepare the glass

  1. Fill your highball glass to the brim with fresh ice cubes.

Step 2: Pour the base

  1. Add the fresh lime juice, then pour in the ginger beer, leaving about an inch of space at the top of the glass. Give it a very brief stir to mix and chill.

Step 3: Float the rum

  1. Gently float the dark rum on top of the drink by pouring it slowly over the back of a spoon. This keeps the dark rum layered on top for a stormy cloud effect.

A fresh lime wheel perched on the rim of the glass.

En version sans alcool

Replace the dark rum with 60ml of a non-alcoholic dark spiced spirit alternative (such as Lyre's Dark Cane Spirit) to maintain the signature molasses and spice profile.
