Comment le préparer
1. Prep the glass
- Fill a large wine glass generously with fresh ice cubes.
2. Build the drink
- Pour the dry gin, elderflower liqueur, and fresh lemon juice over the ice.
- Top with chilled prosecco and sparkling water.
- Give the drink a gentle, brief stir from the bottom up to combine without losing the carbonation.
3. Garnish and serve
- Tuck the cucumber ribbon along the inner side of the glass.
- Clap the mint sprig between your palms to release its aromatic oils, then place it neatly on top next to the ice.
Décoration
A long cucumber ribbon tucked into the glass and a lightly slapped fresh mint sprig.
En version sans alcool
Replace the gin with a non-alcoholic botanical spirit (such as Seedlip or Gordon's 0.0), swap the elderflower liqueur for elderflower cordial (vlierbloesemsiroop), and substitute the prosecco with alcohol-free sparkling white wine.
