Build the drink

  1. Fill your highball glass to the top with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the gin and fresh lime juice over the ice.
  3. Top up the glass with cold sparkling soda water.
  4. Stir briefly and gently from the bottom to combine without losing the carbonation.

Décoration

A fresh lime wheel placed on top of the ice.

En version sans alcool

Replace the London dry gin with a non-alcoholic botanical spirit such as Seedlip Spice 94 or Fluère.
