Step 1: Prep the Glass

Step 2: Pour the Spirits

  1. Pour the Scotch whisky and the Amaretto liqueur directly over the ice.

Step 3: Stir to Chill

  1. Stir gently for about 15 seconds to chill the drink and let the two spirits combine beautifully.

Décoration

An orange peel twist, expressed over the surface and dropped into the glass.

En version sans alcool

Replace the Scotch whisky with a smoky non-alcoholic spirit alternative (such as Lyre's Highland Malt) and the Amaretto with a non-alcoholic amaretto alternative (such as Lyre's Amaretti).
