Comment le préparer

1. Prep the Base

  1. Brew a fresh double shot of espresso (60ml) and stir in the sugar or simple syrup if you prefer it lightly sweetened, allowing it to dissolve while the coffee is hot.

2. Assemble the Drink

  1. Fill your highball glass generously to the brim with fresh ice cubes.
  2. Pour the cold milk over the ice until the glass is about three-quarters full.

3. Layer and Serve

  1. Slowly pour the warm espresso directly over the ice cubes so it floats on top before slowly cascading into the milk. Give it a gentle stir with a straw before sipping.

Décoration

A dusting of cocoa powder on top or simply served layered with a reusable straw.
