50ml non-alcoholic botanical gin (such as Seedlip, Tanqueray 0.0, or Fluère)
45ml 100% tart cherry or cranberry juice

75ml chilled premium ginger ale or sparkling water
1 cup ice cubes
1 fresh blood orange or orange wheel
1 small fresh rosemary sprig

Comment le préparer

Build the Base

Fill a highball glass to the brim with fresh ice cubes.
Pour the non-alcoholic botanical gin, lime juice, and simple syrup directly over the ice.

Create the Sunset Effect & Top

Add the tart red juice and gently stir for a few seconds to blend the base flavours.
Top slowly with chilled ginger ale, allowing the subtle sunset gradient to form.

Finish

Slide an orange wheel down the inner side of the glass and clap the rosemary sprig between your palms before tucking it beside the ice.

A fresh orange wheel pressed against the inside of the glass and an aromatic fresh rosemary sprig.
