Comment le préparer

1. Chill the Glass

  1. Fill a highball glass to the brim with fresh ice cubes.

2. Pour and Blend

  1. Pour 60ml of vodka directly over the ice.
  2. Add 120ml of fresh orange juice and 2 dashes of orange bitters.
  3. Stir gently with a bar spoon for five seconds to chill and combine without losing vibrancy.

3. Garnish and Serve

  1. Slot an orange wheel onto the rim or tuck it gently into the top of the ice and serve immediately.

Décoration

A fresh orange half-wheel placed onto the rim or tucked into the top of the ice.

En version sans alcool

Replace the vodka with 60ml of a non-alcoholic botanical spirit (such as Seedlip Grove 42) and use alcohol-free orange bitters.
