Step 1: Prepare your blender

Add the pineapple juice, coconut cream, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup into a high-speed blender.

Add one cup of crushed ice to the blender pitcher.

Step 3: Blend to cloud perfection

Blend on high speed for 15 to 20 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth, thick, and aerated into a fluffy, cloud-like consistency.

Pour the whipped, frozen mixture into your glass, letting the creamy foam settle beautifully at the top.
