40ml cranberry juice
3-4 fresh mixed berries (blackberries and raspberries)

Preparation

Fill a tall highball glass to the brim with fresh ice cubes.

Build the Drink

Pour in the non-alcoholic gin, cranberry juice, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup directly over the ice.
Top up the glass with chilled sparkling water.
Stir gently with a long spoon for about five seconds to combine the flavors without losing the effervescence.

Finishing

Drop the fresh berries over the top and tuck in a lightly clapped sprig of fresh mint just before serving.

A bouquet of fresh blackberries, raspberries, and a fragrant sprig of mint.
