Lemon Honey Gin Shake

50ml dry gin

25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
20ml runny honey (or wildflower honey)
10ml warm water (to quickly loosen the honey)
Handful of ice cubes
1 thin lemon wheel

Zo maak je het

Dissolve

Combine the honey and warm water directly in your cocktail shaker or a sturdy jar, giving it a quick stir so the honey loosens and blends easily.

Shake

Add the dry gin and freshly squeezed lemon juice to the shaker.
Fill the shaker generously with ice cubes, seal tightly, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until thoroughly chilled and lightly frothy.

Serve

Fine-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass to catch any ice shards.
Gently float the lemon wheel on the foamy surface and serve immediately.
