45 ml non-alcoholic Italian red bitter aperitif (such as Sanbitter, Crodino Rosso, or Lyre’s Italian Orange)
45 ml cold brew coffee concentrate
2 dashes alcohol-free aromatic bitters (such as Fee Brothers or All The Bitter)

Como se faz

1. Chill the Glass

Place a large ice cube or sphere into your lowball glass and set it aside to temper slightly.

2. Combine and Stir

Fill a mixing glass (or any clean, heavy-bottomed pint glass) halfway with solid ice cubes.
Pour in 45 ml of non-alcoholic red bitter aperitif, 45 ml of cold brew concentrate, 15 ml of simple syrup, and 2 dashes of alcohol-free aromatic bitters.
Stir smoothly with a bar spoon for about 25 to 30 seconds until the mixture is thoroughly chilled and properly diluted.

3. Strain and Serve

Strain the liquid over the prepared ice in your chilled lowball glass.

Decoração

Express the oils from a wide strip of fresh orange peel over the glass by giving it a gentle pinch, rub the rim with the peel, and tuck it neatly alongside the ice.
