Como se faz

Build the Drink

  1. Fill a large wine glass generously with cubed ice.
  2. Pour in the non-alcoholic gin alternative, elderflower cordial, and fresh lemon juice.
  3. Top with the alcohol-free sparkling white wine and sparkling water.

Mix and Serve

  1. Give the drink a gentle, brief lift with a barspoon to combine the flavours without losing the carbonation.
  2. Tuck the cucumber ribbon along the inside of the glass and finish with the sprig of rosemary.
