Como se faz

Prep the Glass

  1. Drizzle the store-bought caramel sauce in a neat swirl around the inside walls of your chilled coupe glass and set aside.

Shake and Serve

  1. Add the vodka, hot espresso, salted caramel liqueur, a tiny pinch of sea salt, and ice into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds to create a silky, thick microfoam.
  3. Double-strain cleanly through a fine mesh strainer into the prepared coupe glass.

Decoração

A fine dusting of cocoa powder across the foamy top and an optional float of three coffee beans.

Versão sem álcool

Replace the 45ml vodka with 45ml cold whole milk or oat milk, and swap the 20ml salted caramel liqueur for 15ml store-bought caramel syrup plus an extra splash of milk.
