Como se faz
1. Chill the Glass
- Fill your highball glass generously with fresh ice cubes right up to the brim.
2. Combine and Build
- Pour the gin, Campari, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup directly over the ice.
- Top the glass with the chilled club soda.
3. Stir and Serve
- Using a bar spoon or long spoon, gently lift the ingredients from the bottom once or twice to integrate without knocking out the carbonation.
- Nestle your garnish between the ice and the inside of the glass.
Decoração
A fresh orange wheel tucked alongside the rim, plus an optional sprig of fresh mint slapped to release its oils.
Versão sem álcool
Swap the London Dry gin for 35ml of a botanical non-alcoholic spirit (such as Seedlip Spice 94 or Tanqueray 0.0), and replace the Campari with 25ml of a non-alcoholic Italian red aperitivo (such as Lyre's Italian Orange or Giffard Aperitif). Keep the lime juice, syrup, and soda exactly as written.
