Como se faz

Build the Drink

  1. Fill your highball glass completely with fresh ice cubes.
  2. Pour the gin and fresh lime juice directly over the ice.

Top and Mix

  1. Top with the chilled club soda.
  2. Gently lift with a bar spoon (or butter knife) once from the bottom to combine without losing the fizz.

Decoração

Drop a fresh lime wheel right onto the top ice cubes, or slot a lime wedge over the rim of the glass.

Versão sem álcool

Swap the 50ml dry gin for 50ml of a distilled non-alcoholic botanical spirit (such as Seedlip Spice 94 or Tanqueray 0.0), or simply use an equal measure of chilled light tonic water alongside extra lime for botanical depth.
