Como se faz
Brew the Base
- Place the rooibos tea bag into your glass mug and pour over 150ml of freshly boiled water. Let it steep for 3 minutes, then remove and discard the bag.
Assemble the Toddy
- Add the gingerbread syrup, fresh lemon juice, and dark rum directly to the hot tea.
- Stir gently with a spoon until the syrup is fully dissolved and integrated.
Garnish & Serve
- Float the clove-studded lemon wheel on top and drop in the cinnamon stick to serve immediately while steaming hot.

Versão sem álcool
Omit the dark rum and add an extra 45ml of hot brewed rooibos tea, or swap the spirit for 45ml of an alcohol-free spiced dark spirit alternative.
