Como se faz
Quick Prep
- Fill a highball glass to the brim with fresh ice cubes to chill.
Mix & Fizz
- Pour 50ml gin, 25ml hibiscus syrup, and 25ml lemon juice directly into the glass over the ice.
- Top gently with 75ml chilled club soda.
- Give the drink a gentle, brief lift with a spoon to combine without knocking out the carbonation.
Garnish & Serve
- Slide a fresh lemon wheel against the inside of the glass and tuck a fresh rosemary sprig into the top alongside the ice.

Replace the 50ml London Dry gin with 50ml of a non-alcoholic botanical spirit (such as Seedlip Spice 94 or Gordon's 0.0%) or use an extra splash of club soda.
