Como se faz

Combine Base

  1. Fill a highball glass three-quarters full with fresh ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the chilled hibiscus tea, pink grapefruit juice, agave syrup, and lime juice.

Mix & Top

  1. Stir briskly with a bar spoon for about 5 seconds to blend the ingredients and dissolve the syrup.
  2. Top off the glass with sparkling water and give one gentle lift with the spoon to integrate.

Garnish & Serve

  1. Tuck a pink grapefruit wheel down the inside of the glass and set a rosemary sprig right beside the rim.
