Como se faz

Chill the Glass

  1. Place a coupe glass in the freezer for a few minutes or fill it with ice water while assembling the drink.

Shake

  1. Add the vodka, triple sec, and freshly squeezed lime juice into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  3. Seal firmly and shake vigorously for 10 to 12 seconds until the shaker is ice-cold on the outside.

Strain and Serve

  1. Empty the chilling ice from your glass if needed.
  2. Fine strain the mixture directly into the chilled coupe glass.
  3. Place a fresh lime wheel onto the rim and serve immediately.

Versão sem álcool

Replace the vodka with a non-alcoholic botanical spirit (such as Seedlip Grove 42 or Strykk Not Vodka) and substitute the triple sec with an alcohol-free orange sec syrup or fresh orange juice with a drop of orange extract.
