2g (1 tsp) matcha powder
150ml barista oat milk or whole milk
30ml freshly pulled espresso (1 shot)

40ml hot water (approx. 75°C)
10ml honey or maple syrup

Como se faz

Prepare the Matcha Base

In a small cup, whisk the matcha powder with 40ml of hot water and the honey until completely smooth and frothy.
Pour the green matcha mixture into the bottom of your clear glass mug.

Add the Milk

Heat and lightly froth the milk, then slowly pour it into the mug over the matcha.

Top with Espresso

Freshly pull a 30ml shot of espresso and gently drip it over the center of the drink using the back of a warm spoon to preserve the layered finish.

Decoração

A light dusting of matcha powder over the crema foam
