60ml chilled unsweetened hibiscus tea or ready-to-drink hibiscus infusion
60ml lychee juice (or canned lychee nectar)
1 fresh or canned lychee
1 fresh mint sprig

Como se faz

Build the Drink

Fill a highball glass generously with ice cubes.
Pour in the lychee juice, chilled hibiscus infusion, and freshly squeezed lime juice.
Top up with sparkling water and give it a gentle stir from bottom to top with a long spoon to combine.

Garnish and Serve

Slap the mint sprig against your hand to release the aromatic oils and tuck it into the top of the ice alongside a whole lychee. Serve immediately.
