60ml unflavoured Korean soju (around 20% ABV)
25ml crème de cassis (blackcurrant liqueur)
15ml dark berry cordial or unsweetened blackberry juice
1 fresh blackberry

1 large ice cube or handful of solid ice cubes

Como se faz

Build the Drink

Place a large ice block or a few solid ice cubes into your rocks glass.
Pour in 60ml soju, 25ml crème de cassis, and 15ml dark berry cordial.
Add a single dash of aromatic bitters directly over the top.

Chill and Finish

Stir gently for 15 to 20 seconds using a barspoon to blend the flavours and chill the liquid evenly.
Drop a fresh blackberry onto the surface or rest it gently against the ice, then serve immediately.

Decoração

A single plump fresh blackberry floating beside the ice.

Versão sem álcool

Swap the soju for 60ml non-alcoholic botanical aperitif or distilled zero-proof spirit, and replace the crème de cassis with 25ml rich blackcurrant syrup.
