Como se faz

1. Prepare the Glass

  1. Fill a highball glass to the brim with fresh ice cubes.

2. Pour and Mix

  1. Add the dry gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, orange juice, and simple syrup directly over the ice.
  2. Stir gently with a long spoon for 5 seconds to combine and chill the base.

3. Top and Finish

  1. Top up with the chilled club soda.
  2. Give one gentle lift with your spoon from the bottom to integrate without losing carbonation.
  3. Tuck the lemon wheel against the side of the glass and top with the mint sprig.

Decoração

A thin wheel of fresh lemon and a lightly slapped mint sprig.

Replace the dry gin with 40ml of an alcohol-free botanical spirit (such as Seedlip Grove 42 or Fluère Original).
