Jokes, Jokes, Jokes: My Very Funny Memoir
de Jenny Eclair
Porquê ler
It is a sharp, riotously frank, and self-deprecating chronicle of breaking through the male-dominated stand-up scene of the 1980s and 1990s. Jenny Eclair combines backstage showbusiness lore with raw personal honesty, making it an uplifting and genuinely hilarious listen for anyone who loves British comedy history.

O que esperar
The tone is bawdy, irreverent, and conversational, moving at a brisk, punchy pace akin to an extended stand-up set. It is very accessible and easy to digest, though it contains candid, adult humor, profanity, and frank discussions of eating disorders, industry sexism, and the physical realities of aging.
